What inspired this interview was from understanding the notion of "there are no free lunches" from a girl's perspective. Ever had an older guy interested in you who can take you places, including up the career ladder? Ever become tempted to seek out his connections in exchange to becoming his "friend"? There could be a massive gray area between business and pleasure when it comes to human relationships. Do you stick to what HR would define as legitimate relations and strict morals or is it OK to balance this delicate relationship with extra pleasure? What would the S&P do?

In this S&P Interview, Scy poses the main question: have you ever had an older guy (your director/ producer) interested in you and ask you out, both of you knowing the fact that he could advance your career? Eli tells us instead of working in offices like those who have corporate jobs, lots of times her work actually does involve going to lunch and dinner with people. Sometimes that's where contracts are being negotiated. In other words, it comes with the territory. But what about those who do have corporate jobs? It comes with the territory also! Eli explains to us, it's fine to go out with these guys, but it's up to you where you put yourself when you're out with them. Eli states at this point of her career, she sees herself as a business woman, so when she's out with them, she still sees it as "business".
